Meet The Makers
Toni Blaze
Toni’s love for baking and treat making began in 2008 when she trained as a professional cake decorator. In 2016 Toni entered the world renowned Cake International Competition at the Birmingham NEC and was awarded Gold.
Making homemade fudge soon became a hobby, particularly experimenting with different flavours and developing the recipe
to what it has become today. Look out for our range of fudge slices, cubes, alcoholic fudge jars, fudge pies, fudge donuts and the popular fudge sharing slabs.
Paul Stockbridge
Paul has been a Master Chocolatier for over 30 years. After training in Belgium, Paul made chocolates for Concorde, British Airways 1st Class, John Lewis, Waitrose and The Royal Family to
name but a few.
Paul also made appearances on the TV programme The Generation Game showing contestants how to make chocolates. He prides himself on handcrafting each Belgian
Chocolate, using only the finest ingredients.
