No personal contact details entered are shared with any third party companies.

Products

Whilst every effort is made to use the exact items listed and advertised in the product description, it may be necessary at times to substitute ingredients, colour of tissue wrap, decorative confetti, greeting card design and general packaging.

Please note that our products are made in an environment that also handles milk, wheat, nuts, soya and at times, other allergens.

Cancellations

If you change your mind or need to cancel your order you must contact us immediately. We cannot issue a refund if costs have already been incurred or if the product is already in production.

Delivery

We use 2nd Class Royal Mail to help keep postage costs to a minimum. All orders usually arrive in approximately 3 working days. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged by heat during the warm months, all orders are placed at buyers risk. Likewise we cannot be held responsible for any breakages in the product whilst in transit. If delivery is likely to take a little longer we will contact you to advise.
