I found when working on the cake and fudge stalls that people love a unique personalised gift that cannot be bought on the high street. Along with my partner who is a graphic designer and printer, I designed a variety of different chocolate bar wrappers that formed themed gift boxes. These can be personalised with names and in some designs, photographs to create the perfect, bespoke gift that can be delivered direct to the lucky recipient.

The chocolate fudge slabs are very popular and are homemade, hand decorated, 6 inch square slabs of silky smooth fudge that comes in many varieties. When I was made redundant from my job of 23 years in July 2023, I decided to pursue my dream of having my own Dessert outlet which came in the form of another of my dreams, to convert a horse box! I absolutely love being at events selling my homemade waffles, cakes and sweet treats. I can also do the best hot chocolates!
